HOW IT WORKS Each month, we hand-select a variety of seafood products from our supply to include in your home pack. Due to the seasonal nature of Alaska’s wild fisheries and factors such as weather, the timing of fishing openers, and availability of our independent fishermen, every month will be different. We only carry all-natural, wild Alaska seafood from the best-managed fisheries on the planet. We operate year-round, which affords you access to a wide variety of premium, wild seafood throughout the year. Flash freezing the seafood ensures its quality is perfectly preserved at the peak of freshness as it makes its way to your door.

SCHEDULE We offer subscription plans for every month, every two months, or every three months. To begin, simply create an account, select your subscription, and enter your payment information. Orders placed by the first Monday of the month will be shipped the following Monday of the month and will typically arrive the following Wednesday. Orders received after the first Monday of the month will be scheduled to ship the following month.

WHAT’S IN THE BOX Each box will include 4-6 different products, totaling anywhere from 8-14 pounds of seafood. Shipments will typically include a mix of fish fillets and shellfish, all individually frozen and vacuum-sealed, as well as some of our special value-added products. All species are clearly labeled and packed in their own, smaller box, which fits easily in your freezer. All shipments are packed with gel packs. A NOTE ABOUT FROZEN Once seafood leaves the water, its freshness and quality can only be maintained. Flash freezing at our dockside facility halts the natural deterioration of the flesh, and locks in freshness as the seafood makes its way to your doorstep. Most of the wild seafood available in restaurants and grocery stores across the country has been previously frozen. By controlling the thawing time, you are maintaining the quality and freshness until the moment you are ready to eat and enjoy your seafood. Seafood should be placed in the refrigerator to thaw until you are ready to cook it. Once thawed, the fish will keep in your refrigerator for up to seven days.  Having unthawed seafood should not deter you from cooking your seafood.  For instance, crab is best cooked from frozen.  Fish fillets can be cooked when they are frozen.  Just rinse under cold water to remove ice glaze, pat dry, brush with vegetable oil and start cooking.  Allow to cook for 4 minutes before adding seasonings or spices.

SHIPPING We ship all of our seafood frozen via FedEx Next-Day or 2-day Shipping. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number, and you can sign up for alerts. We recommend planning to have your shipment put directly into the freezer to preserve freshness, but if necessary, the seafood will keep frozen for up to twelve hours after delivery. Orders ship on the second Monday of the month.

CANCELLATIONS There is no obligation to continue, and no fee to change your plan. Subscriptions may be cancelled, paused, or renewed at any time. You must cancel by 5:00 PM Alaska time on the first Monday of the month you are due to receive a shipment. After this time our order period closes for the month and shipments are then prepared for the following Monday. If you cancel after this time, your cancellation will go into effect after you receive your current box and no refund will be provided. Once your shipment has been sent your credit card will be charged. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term.
